Bernd Wendl is appointed Minister of Education. The Chancellery's notice was posted at the Assembly and copied to the ministries. Speaking to this journal, the landlord of the inn said: 'We heard it from the far bank and thought it was the ferry.'
The Chancellery issued no further statement. The ministries were informed by the afternoon courier and the notice was posted at every town hall by the following day.
