6 March 1995. The Public Health (Amendment) Act passed. Passed by the Assembly by 47 votes to 16. Every town above 500 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act. Comes into force on 1 January 1996. It amends The Ostrabruck Public Health Act. The final reading was formal.

5 March 1995. The Broadcasting Act passed. Passed by the Assembly by 37 votes to 24. Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 673 marka. The debate was lively.
