The bells of Grauburg church are recast. They are rung for the first time on Sunday. The bell was rung at the church and the townspeople turned out to see. Speaking to this journal, the landlord of the inn said: 'I have lived here 50 years and I never saw the like.'

23 January 1990. The Road Traffic (Amendment) Act passed. Passed by the Assembly by 44 votes to 3. Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 329 marka. It amends The Road Traffic (Amendment) Act. Members rose before first light.

The War Appropriation for the year, 126,261,355 marka, passed the Assembly without a dissenting voice.
