A fire in Garrison Street at Wasserdorf destroys 3 houses. The volunteer brigade attend. No lives are lost. A retired sergeant of the Marsh Regiments said: 'It was over before the bell had done ringing.' Further details are awaited by wire.

Hollhausen, by wire. A cart overturns in Ferry Square, Hollhausen. The driver, a man of Oberholt, is taken to hospital. Word reached the market square within the hour and was the talk of it for the rest of the day. Later: no change.
