Intelligence has reached this office from Oberbach. The Ostra rises 80 centimetres above its mark at Oberbach. Cellars in Well Row are flooded. We have it from a retired sergeant of the Marsh Regiments that the affair was brief.

The town officers met shortly before the evening bell the following day and resolved to do nothing for the present. The school was open as usual.
