By our own correspondent. The Grautal council installs a computer to keep the rates. It occupies a room in Well Square. A retired sergeant of the Marsh Regiments said: 'The clerk wrote it all down; you may ask him.'
The town officers met shortly before the evening bell the following day and resolved to do nothing for the present. The market was open as usual.

The Grand Chancellor, Viktor Crull, was informed by telephone and made no comment.
