The Annual War Appropriation for 2003, 170,920,677 marka, passes the Assembly 63 to 0, the first business of the session. The vote was taken by acclamation and entered by the Clerk. The Minister of War thanked the House in the customary terms.

The honourable members dispersed towards 3 in the afternoon. In the corridors the talk was of the next election, in that order.
