24 November 1934. The Clockmakers' Registration Regulation Act passed. Passed by the Assembly by 35 votes to 7. Administered by the Ministry of Chronology. Offences under this Act are tried before the Court of Chronological Offences. Comes into force on 1 January 1935. Third reading.

22 November 1934. An Act for the Better Inspection of Public Order passed. Passed by the Assembly by 55 votes to 8. Penalty on conviction: a fine of 245 marka or 12 months. Third reading.

The Grand Chancellor, Ernst Wendl, has held office since 14 February 1930.

The Regional Court of Kesselhöh, 21 November 1934. Laullholt v. Reinholt. Concerning an article in The Schwartzistan Herald. Ruling: apology ordered. Court rose at the rising of the court.

The Regional Court of Kesselhöh, 19 November 1934. The Crown v. Kaltz. Concerning desertion from the Marsh Regiments. Ruling: acquitted: he was lost in the fog. Judgment when the court resumed after the midday adjournment.

Bread, the loaf, 40.6 pfen; beer, the litre, 60.9 pfen. A labourer's day is paid at 4.49 marka; a furnished room lets at 15.72 marka the month. The Exchange index closed the year at 4,654.10. Bank rate stands at 0.73 per cent.

The War Appropriation for the year, 9,752,207 marka, passed the Assembly without a dissenting voice.
