Oberholt, by wire. A crowd of 4,000 watches the Pfahl match at Oberholt. There are 46 arrests. Speaking to this journal, a schoolmaster who happened to be passing said: 'The clerk wrote it all down; you may ask him.'
The town officers met at about half past 9 the following day and resolved to thank those concerned. The school was open as usual.

The journey from Vellmar takes 6 hours. a fair number of the townspeople gathered in the street and dispersed late in the forenoon, frost having made the causeway treacherous. We have it from a boatman from the lower quay that the affair was noisier than the report suggests.
