A cart overturns in Iron Walk, Marschau. The driver, a man of Hollhausen, is taken to hospital. a small crowd gathered in the street and dispersed towards 4 in the afternoon, the causeway being under a hand's depth of water. A retired sergeant of the Marsh Regiments said: 'We heard it from the far bank and thought it was the ferry.'

Weinwick marks the 300th anniversary of its charter with a procession along Long Gate. The bell was rung at the town hall and the townspeople turned out to see. We have it from a clerk who would not be named that the affair was brief.

19 September 1920. The Vaccination Act passed. Passed by the Assembly by 42 votes to 5. Every town above 2000 inhabitants must appoint an officer under this Act. Passed without incident.
The Grand Chancellor, Bruno Fiechdon, has held office since 20 October 1919.
