Otto Egge is appointed Minister of Education. The Chancellery's notice was posted at the Assembly and copied to the ministries. We have it from a schoolmaster who happened to be passing that the affair was orderly.

The Chancellery issued no further statement. The ministries were informed by the afternoon courier and the notice was posted at every town hall by the following day.
