Those in the trade at Oberbach spoke of the matter without surprise. The landlord of the inn observed that a counting-house is a counting-house whoever's name is over the door.

22 March 1920. The Road Traffic (Amendment) Act passed. Passed by the Assembly by 56 votes to 22. Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 2240 marka. It amends The Road Traffic Act. Passed without incident.
