By our correspondent in Norrhafen. The road between Norrhafen and Lindenmar is metalled at a cost of 60,000 marka. Word reached the market square within the hour and was the talk of it for the rest of the day. Local reaction was muted.
By the next morning Norrhafen had returned to its ordinary business, the ferry running late. A woman selling eels at the corner said the town had seen the like before and would see it again.
