A wireless set is installed in the town hall at Wasserdorf so that the evening bulletin may be heard in public

Wasserdorf, 2 January 1985

By our correspondent in Wasserdorf. A wireless set is installed in the town hall at Wasserdorf so that the evening bulletin may be heard in public. The sexton said: 'It will be talked of at the market for a week.'

The Herald's correspondent adds that the town took it calmly.

Those concerned: Wasserdorf (location); High Street (street).

The Grand Chancellor, Andrea Wendl, issued no statement.

Elsewhere in this issue: Norrwick Ordnance Works lists on the Vellmar Exchange as RME.

The Herald will report further developments.
