Berging, from our correspondent. The Berging council installs a computer to keep the rates. It occupies a room in Salt Way. The town clerk entered the matter in the minute book before first light. Our picture shows the scene shortly afterwards.
The town officers met as the lamps were lit the following day and resolved to enter the matter in the minute book. The market was open as usual.

The Grand Chancellor, Viktor Crull, was informed by telephone and made no comment.
