The Marschau Conference opens its 119th session. Water is poured. The delegation of Hichistan is recorded as not present. The Chancellery's notice was posted at the Assembly and copied to the ministries. Speaking to this journal, a woman selling eels at the corner said: 'You could hear it in the next street.'
The honourable members dispersed at noon. In the corridors the talk was of the next election, in that order.
