Oberholt, from our correspondent. The Ostra rises 20 centimetres above its mark at Oberholt. Cellars in Church Street are flooded. We have it from a clerk who would not be named that the affair was noisier than the report suggests.
By the next morning Oberholt had returned to its ordinary business, the roads being heavy after rain. A woman who had come in from the market said the town had seen the like before and would see it again.

The Grand Chancellor, Karl Brenn, referred the Herald to the ministry concerned.
