Weinau Ironworks is acquired by Gerst & Ratzel, Merchants. The particulars were entered in the register of companies at the Ministry of Finance. Further particulars are held over.
Those in the trade at Weinau spoke of the matter with some satisfaction. A retired sergeant of the Marsh Regiments observed that a counting-house is a counting-house whoever's name is over the door.
Those concerned: Gerst & Ratzel, Merchants (acquirer); Weinau Ironworks (subject).
The Grand Chancellor, Hendrik Brenn, received the report at the Chancellery without comment.
