The Ostra rises 30 centimetres above its mark at Grauburg. Cellars in School Street are flooded. The roads about Grauburg were dry at the time. We have it from a clerk who would not be named that the affair was much as described.
The Herald's correspondent adds that the town took it as such towns do.

The Grand Chancellor, Konrad Hesk, has been informed by the ordinary courier and has made no observation.
