From the War Ministry. Ben Fenn of the Marsh Regiments is awarded the Line Medal for holding the Third Stake alone for a night. The decoration was gazetted in the customary form and will be presented at the depot.

The regiments remain at their posts. The Ministry states that supplies are moving up the causeway by night as usual and that the garrison at Marschau is at full strength.
