Reported from Dammsee. The Ostra rises 20 centimetres above its mark at Dammsee. Cellars in Garrison Square are flooded. We have it from the landlord of the inn that the affair was brief.

By the next morning Dammsee had returned to its ordinary business, the causeway being under a hand's depth of water. The sexton said the town had seen the like before and would see it again.
