Grautal Brewery is acquired by Tachbeist Chemie. The particulars were entered in the register of companies at the Ministry of Finance. A statement is expected in the coming days.

Those in the trade at Grautal spoke of the matter guardedly. The landlord of the inn observed that a counting-house is a counting-house whoever's name is over the door.
