The Winter Action at Fog Corner. The 1st Marsh Regiment engages enemy movement in the reeds through the night and holds the line. The front is unchanged. The Ministry's dispatch was received at as the lamps were lit and is given above without alteration. The regiment's depot has been informed. The line holds.

The Minister of War will make the customary statement to the Assembly. The names will be read with the year's roll.

27 February 2003. The Wine Excise Act passed. Passed by the Assembly by 44 votes to 9. Sets the duty at 7 pfen in the marka. Comes into force on 1 January 2004. The vote was taken towards 2 in the afternoon.

26 February 2003. The Hollhausen Banking Act passed. Passed by the Assembly by 36 votes to 21. Sets the duty at 5 pfen in the marka. The debate was short.

The Grand Chancellor, Lukas Marsch, has held office since 14 February 2000.

The War Appropriation for the year, 166,736,167 marka, passed the Assembly without a dissenting voice.
