Bohm Stake & Plank is declared bankrupt. 197 jobs are lost at Hollstadt. Trade in Hollstadt took the news with interest; the quay were as usual by the afternoon.
The company's books are kept at Hollstadt and may be inspected by shareholders on application at the registered office between 10 and 3 o'clock.
