Fenn & Piesmann is wound up. 865 jobs are lost at Salzhafen. Trade in Salzhafen took the news as expected; the market were quiet by the afternoon.

The company's books are kept at Salzhafen and may be inspected by shareholders on application at the registered office between 10 and 3 o'clock.
