A cart overturns in Long Quay, Weinfeld. The driver, a man of Hollhausen, is taken to hospital. a knot of onlookers gathered in the street and dispersed before first light, frost having made the causeway treacherous. Speaking to this journal, the sexton said: 'It will be talked of at the market for a week.'

Sudfurt, late last night. A motor omnibus service begins between Sudfurt and Dammberg. Speaking to this journal, a retired sergeant of the Marsh Regiments said: 'They were very orderly about it.'

The War Appropriation for the year, 6,872,270 marka, passed the Assembly without a dissenting voice.
