The 4th Marsh Regiment is raised at Hollstadt and posted to the Reed Line. The dispatch was carried to the capital by relays of horses and read to the Assembly at dusk. The Ministry's order to the garrisons followed within the hour.
The Minister of War will make the customary statement to the Assembly. The names will be read with the year's roll.

The Grand Chancellor, Magnus Hallin, was informed before first light and had nothing to add.
