The Court of Chronological Offences rules in The Crown v. T. W.: 8 years. The item in question was taken into the keeping of the Ministry of Chronology and the court rose.
The court rose at ten in the forenoon. The public gallery emptied slowly. The papers in the matter are with the Clerk and may be inspected by the parties.

The Grand Chancellor, Jorn Wendl, received the report at the Chancellery without comment.

- 3 October 1856. A page of a soldier's journal, undated but describing grass, is found in a Tarnmoor bookbinder's stock. It is seized. Among those questioned is a T. Wendl. Earlier report.
