Reported from Sanding. A storm strips roofs in Sanding and fells the old lime in Long Quay. A boatman from the lower quay said: 'The dog knew before any of us.'
The matter will be raised at the next meeting of the town officers, when the ratepayers will hear of it in the usual form.
