Reported from Norrhafen. The Norrhafen council installs a computer to keep the rates. It occupies a room in Garrison Square. Speaking to this journal, a woman selling eels at the corner said: 'Nobody wanted to be the first to say anything.'
The matter will be raised at the next meeting of the town officers, when the ratepayers will hear of it in the usual form.
