The 203rd Victory Day parade ends at Victory Square in fog that lifted by noon. The War Ministry estimates the crowd at 12,000. The year's casualty roll is read. The Grand Chancellor took the salute. The front line is at the Reed Line. No change.
The matter will be raised at the next meeting of the town officers, when the ratepayers will hear of it in the usual form.
