Vellmar Dye Company is acquired by Ostrand & Sons, Printers. Trade in Vellmar took the news as expected; the yards were as usual by the afternoon.
The company's books are kept at Vellmar and may be inspected by shareholders on application at the registered office between 9 and 2 o'clock.
