Norrhafen marks the 200th anniversary of its charter with a procession along Garrison Square. One witness, a woman selling eels at the corner, gave the following account: 'They were very orderly about it.' The Herald will follow the matter.
By the next morning Norrhafen had returned to its ordinary business, the roads being dry for the season. A retired sergeant of the Marsh Regiments said the town had seen the like before and would see it again.
