The brewery at Vellhausen burns through the night. 11 men are out of work. Speaking to this journal, a retired sergeant of the Marsh Regiments said: 'The dog knew before any of us.' The Herald will follow the matter.
The town officers met at noon the following day and resolved to do nothing for the present. The inn was open as usual.
