The road between Vellhausen and Hollstadt is metalled at a cost of 50,000 marka. The town clerk entered the matter in the minute book at about half past 7. Speaking to this journal, a woman who had come in from the market said: 'Nobody wanted to be the first to say anything.'
The town officers met at about half past 7 the following day and resolved to enter the matter in the minute book. The school was open as usual.
