By our staff in Salzhafen. Salzhafen Brewery is acquired by Hochstadt Electric Company. The notice was posted at the counting-house in Salzhafen and copied to the Exchange. The Herald will follow the matter.
The company's books are kept at Salzhafen and may be inspected by shareholders on application at the registered office between 9 and 3 o'clock.
Those concerned: Hochstadt Electric Company (acquirer); Salzhafen Brewery (subject).
