Ostra Power is founded at Weinau by Jurgen Nussbaum. The particulars were entered in the register of companies at the Ministry of Finance. The matter is expected to be raised in the Assembly.

The company's books are kept at Weinau and may be inspected by shareholders on application at the registered office between 9 and 4 o'clock.

The Grand Chancellor, Rolf Quast, issued no statement.
