Beiler Department Store lists on the Vellmar Exchange as IPR. The tone of the market was dull. Local reaction was muted.
Those in the trade at Vellmar spoke of the matter guardedly. The landlord of the inn observed that a counting-house is a counting-house whoever's name is over the door.
