Eisenheim Trading House is acquired by Uhl Foods. Trade in Eisenheim took the news as expected; the yards were busy by the afternoon.
The company's books are kept at Eisenheim and may be inspected by shareholders on application at the registered office between 9 and 3 o'clock.
Those concerned: Eisenheim Trading House (subject); Uhl Foods (acquirer).
The Grand Chancellor, Karl Nagel, declined to comment.
