Hochstadt, 16 November 1990
A storm strips roofs in Hochstadt and fells the old lime in Ostra Street. The bell was rung at the church and the townspeople turned out to see. One witness, a peat cutter on his way home, gave the following account: 'I have lived here 40 years and I never saw the like.'
