By our regional staff. A new wing opens at the Tarnmund hospital, with 30 beds. The matter was the only talk at the market that evening. Local reaction was muted.

The matter will be raised at the next meeting of the town officers, when the ratepayers will hear of it in the usual form.

The Grand Chancellor, Karl Nagel, declined to comment.
