The Marschau Conference opens its 131st session. Water is poured. The delegation of Hichistan is recorded as not present. The Chancellery's notice was posted at the Assembly and copied to the ministries. One witness, the landlord of the inn, gave the following account: 'I have lived here 40 years and I never saw the like.'
The honourable members dispersed at a quarter past 4. In the corridors the talk was of the appropriation, in that order.
