By the carrier from Sandfeld we learn the following. A cart overturns in Ferry Quay, Sandfeld. The driver, a man of Norrhafen, is taken to hospital. The roads about Sandfeld were passable at the time. Of the rest we are not yet informed.
The Herald's correspondent adds that the town took it as such towns do.

The Grand Chancellor, Fedor Hallin, has been informed by the ordinary courier and has made no observation.
