Norrwick. Sudmann & Sons, Printers is acquired by Vellmar Mutual. the keeper of the toll-house, asked for a view, offered none.

The company's books are kept at Norrwick and may be inspected by shareholders on application at the registered office between 10 and 2 o'clock.

Those concerned: Sudmann & Sons, Printers (subject); Vellmar Mutual (acquirer).

The Grand Chancellor, Karl Nagel, declined to comment.
