By our regional staff. A new wing opens at the Vellhausen hospital, with 70 beds. The town officers attended before first light. Local reaction was muted.
The matter will be raised at the next meeting of the town officers, when the ratepayers will hear of it in the usual form.

The Grand Chancellor, Karl Nagel, declined to comment.
