Brenn Chemical Works lists on the Vellmar Exchange as POZ. The listing was read out on the floor of the Exchange in the customary form and the brokers proceeded to business. A fuller account appears in our regional pages.
Those in the trade at Vellmar spoke of the matter guardedly. A carter who declined to give his name observed that a counting-house is a counting-house whoever's name is over the door.
