A storm strips roofs in Tarnmoor and fells the old lime in Lime Lane. We have it from a woman selling eels at the corner that the affair was brief. Local reaction was muted.
The matter will be raised at the next meeting of the town officers, when the ratepayers will hear of it in the usual form.
