A motor omnibus service begins between Oberbach and Sudfurt. Word reached the market square within the hour and was the talk of it for the rest of the day. A woman who had come in from the market said: 'It was over before the bell had done ringing.'
The event is expected to be spoken of at the next market day, when the farmers come in from the surrounding country and the price of grain is settled for the month.

The Grand Chancellor, Andrea Wendl, issued no statement.
