By our own correspondent. Ostra Valley Line is acquired by Brenn Chemical Works. a schoolmaster who happened to be passing, asked for a view, offered none.

The Exchange took the news in its stride; the close is given in the market column. Brokers in the textile rooms reported a brisk afternoon.
