Vellmar, from our correspondent. Felix Ristmann becomes Chief Justice of the High Court. The appointment takes effect from the date of the notice. The oath was taken a little after 8 in the morning.
The measure was received in the country with approval. The Herald's correspondents in the regions report no disturbance.
